SingleSign Mail
SingleSign Mail is the mailbox built into your SingleSign account. It comes in two shapes, and you can have both:
- A personal mailbox —
you@singlesign.com. Free, optional, and yours for good. - A company mailbox —
you@acme.singlesign.comon an organization's free subdomain, oryou@yourcompany.comon its own domain. The organization gives it to you and its admins manage it.
Every mailbox gets the same protection: the Screener holds mail from anyone who has never written to you until you decide, and every message is checked for tracking, unsafe links, and forged senders. The web app lives at email.singlesign.com.

Writer and Spreadsheets
Documents and spreadsheets you can write and share with other people, built into SingleSign Mail and saved in Documents.
- Writer: documents — templates, formatting, tables, images, page setup, suggesting mode, reactions, preferences, PDF and other downloads, publishing and shortcuts.
- Writer: tabs, sections and page layout — document tabs, section breaks, columns, line numbers and watermarks.
- Writer: building blocks, variables and citations — meeting notes, trackers, an email draft you send from Mail, variables and bibliographies.
- Writer: e-signatures and locking — signature fields, the audit trail, and what these signatures are and aren't.
- Spreadsheets — formulas, formatting, filters, pivot tables, charts, web and finance data, import and export.

Chat
Team chat for your organization — channels, direct messages and threads, like Slack — in the same app as your company mailbox.
