SingleSign accounts are free — signing in to apps, securing your account, and a personal @singlesign.com mailbox cost nothing. SingleSign Business is company mail for your organization — on its free .singlesign.com address or your own domain — priced per user. Three plans:

Billing opens with the Business plan launch

Billing opens with the Business plan launch — every organization is on the free tier until then. Nothing on this page is charged today, and no card is asked for. When billing opens, existing organizations choose a plan; until then, what the free tier includes:

  • Up to 25 members per organization.
  • A free name.singlesign.com subdomain for every organization, ready the moment it's created.
  • No limit on the number of domains — add as many as you need; each gets its own DKIM key and checklist. Parked domains are unlimited too.
  • 3 forwarders — role addresses like support@ — with one outside destination each and 200 outside forwards a day. SingleSign Business has no forwarder limit, allows 10 outside destinations per forwarder, includes the catch-all and forwards up to 5,000 messages a day outside; see Forwarders and parked domains.
  • 5 GB per user, as on every plan.
  • Everything described in this help center: company mailboxes with the Screener, aliases, admin roles, the audit log, offboarding with transfer, All inboxes, phones.

The plans, in words

Personal is your SingleSign account with a personal mailbox: free, one account, 5 GB, and $5 for each additional 5 GB of storage. No organization needed — see SingleSign Mail.

Business is an organization, on its free subdomain or its own domain. The first account is free. Every further user is $5 per user per month, or $4 per user per month when the year is prepaid. Every user gets 5 GB; extra storage is $5 per additional 5 GB.

Enterprise is Business at scale, on a 3-year agreement: $3.50 per user per month from 500 users, and $3 per user per month from 5,000 users. Every user gets 5 GB; extra storage is $3.50 per 5 GB at 500+ users and $3 per 5 GB at 5,000+ users. For an enterprise agreement, write to support@singlesign.com.
